Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, scan, and sort parcels/packages based on pin code, region, or delivery route.

Ensure all packages are properly labeled and placed in the right bins or racks.

Operate handheld scanners, barcode readers, or mobile apps to update shipment status.

Assist in loading and unloading goods from trucks or delivery vans.

Report damaged or missing parcels to the supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the sorting area.

Support in other warehouse operations whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (basic reading & writing skills).

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move packages for long hours.

Basic knowledge of using smartphones or scanners.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Willingness to work in shift timings (day/night).

Work Environment:

Warehouse / Fulfillment Center

Fast-paced, target-driven environment.

May involve handling packages weighing up to 15–30 kg.
