Job Description

  1. Project Leadership & Execution

    • Lead strategic corporate projects from conceptualization to execution.

    • Ensure projects are aligned with the company’s long-term goals and KPIs.

  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Coordinate with departments such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.

    • Resolve inter-departmental dependencies and conflicts.

  3. Strategic Planning & Implementation

    • Evaluate potential corporate projects for feasibility, risk, and ROI.

    • Develop actionable plans and monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.

    • Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

  5. Stakeholder Engagement

    • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and align objectives.

    • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and organizational policies.

  6. Continuous Improvement

    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiencies across projects.

    • Implement best practices in project management and corporate planning.
