Resolve inter-departmental dependencies and conflicts.
Strategic Planning & Implementation
Evaluate potential corporate projects for feasibility, risk, and ROI.
Develop actionable plans and monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and align objectives.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and organizational policies.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiencies across projects.
Implement best practices in project management and corporate planning.
Base Salary: Competitive senior management salary, usually in the range of ₹25–40 lakh per annum depending on experience and location.
