Job Description

  1. Training Strategy & Planning

    • Identify technical skill gaps across teams or departments.

    • Design and implement technical training programs and upskilling initiatives.

    • Align training initiatives with organizational goals and future skill requirements.

  2. Program Execution & Management

    • Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions.

    • Implement e-learning programs, certification courses, and practical labs.

    • Track training attendance, completion, and effectiveness.

  3. Team Leadership & Coordination

    • Lead a team of trainers or technical instructors.

    • Mentor and guide trainers to maintain quality training delivery.

    • Coordinate with department heads, HR, and external training partners.

  4. Assessment & Reporting

    • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and performance metrics.

    • Monitor the impact of skilling programs on employee productivity.

    • Prepare reports and suggest improvements to the learning framework.
