Job Description

  1. Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Promote and sell products to customers visiting the showroom.

    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.

  2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and pricing.

    • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

    • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases.

  3. Product Knowledge & Demonstration

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and promotions.

    • Demonstrate product usage and features to customers.

  4. Showroom Maintenance & Display

    • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

    • Arrange product displays, banners, and promotional materials.

  5. Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

    • Provide sales reports and customer feedback to management.
