Position Summary:
The Showroom Manager is responsible for end-to-end operations of the showroom, ensuring sales growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management on the showroom floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Team Leadership
Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff.
Conduct performance reviews and manage daily schedules.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high-quality customer service standards.
Resolve escalated complaints promptly.
Inventory & Operations
Oversee stock levels, product displays, and merchandising.
Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Marketing & Store Promotion
Implement in-store promotions and brand campaigns.
Maintain showroom aesthetics and visual merchandising.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years in retail management (jewellery, apparel, or luxury goods).
Skills: Leadership, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and analytics.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced retail showroom with customer-facing responsibilities.
