The Showroom Manager is the key person responsible for the overall operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning, high sales performance, and exceptional customer service. This role acts as the bridge between corporate strategy and the day-to-day operations at the store level.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Drive showroom sales targets, motivate the sales team, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Customer Experience: Maintain premium customer service standards; resolve escalations efficiently.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor showroom staff; manage performance appraisals.
Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, and ensure proper display and merchandising.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth billing, documentation, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Marketing & Promotions: Implement store-level promotional activities, visual merchandising, and brand campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Commerce, or related field preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years in retail management, preferably in jewellery, apparel, or luxury retail.
Key Competencies: Leadership, communication, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
