Build integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and data imports
Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance
Create technical documentation, configuration guides, deployment plans
Work with Agile methodology and follow coding standards & best practices
Support upgrades and deployment activities
Ensure data security and platform governance compliance
