Greet and interact with customers in service centers or workshops
Assess customer vehicle/service requirements and record service details
Provide cost estimates, service timelines, and updates to customers
Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely service
Manage work orders and ensure accurate documentation
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues

Train or guide junior service advisors when required
