Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and execute marketing and promotional plans to meet end-consumer needs.

  • Sales Force Collaboration: Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies through coordination with the sales team.

  • Market Research: Conduct primary research and maintain customer connections to gather market intelligence.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal and external media partners to ensure proper execution of strategies.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and product knowledge to the field sales team, enhancing their scientific and communication skills.

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop brand plans and strategies, including market penetration and competitor analysis.

  • Promotional Content Creation: Create promotional materials such as visual aids, newsletters, and digital campaigns.

  • Event Management: Organize scientific symposia, CMEs, and conferences to ensure brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals.


Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) and an MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management.

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Therapy/Department: Experience in dermatology is preferred; however, candidates from other therapeutic areas will also be considered.

  • Industry Preference: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.


Skills and Competencies

  • Scientific Acumen: Strong understanding of scientific principles related to dermatology products.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective training and collaboration.

  • Market Analysis: Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT evaluation.

  • Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
