Advocate for design thinking and a user-first mindset across product teams.
Guide junior designers through critiques and feedback.
Support the development of Nykaa’s Design System and contribute to component updates.
Present design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and business reasoning.
Monthly Salary Range: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,80,000 (approx ₹18–₹34 LPA CTC).
