Job Description

For HRBP (Business Partner) Function

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. 

  • Drive talent management & development, build leadership capability within business units.

  • Analyze attrition trends, engagement scores, budget spends, vendor/agency relationships. 

For Growth & Retention Function

  • Own the retention & growth strategy for active user cohorts (improve retention, order frequency, graduation to higher-value behavior). Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Tech, CRM) to design interventions, run experiments, analyse data. 

For Logistics / Procurement Function

  • Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management for fleet/transportation/services.

  • Negotiate contracts, manage spend analysis, ensure cost-efficiencies and process governance.
