Job Description

  • Returns Management

    • Oversee the collection, inspection, and processing of returned goods from customers or retailers.

    • Ensure timely and accurate reverse logistics processing to minimize inventory discrepancies.

  • Coordination & Communication

    • Coordinate with warehouses, hubs, delivery teams, and vendors to handle returns efficiently.

    • Communicate with customers, retailers, and internal teams regarding return status and resolutions.

  • Inventory & Stock Handling

    • Track returned items and update inventory systems.

    • Determine the disposition of returned items: restocking, refurbishment, recycling, or disposal.

  • Process Optimization

    • Identify bottlenecks in the reverse logistics process and suggest improvements.

    • Implement workflows that reduce return cycle time and cost.

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare reports on return rates, costs, and operational efficiency.

    • Analyze patterns in product returns to provide insights to procurement, sales, and operations teams.

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure returned goods are handled according to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
