Allocate manpower, shifts, and workloads effectively

Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with customer service, sales, finance, HR, and vendors
Resolve operational issues and handle escalations
Ensure smooth handover between shifts and departments
Customer & Service Excellence
Ensure adherence to SLAs and customer commitments
Address service failures and conduct root cause analysis
Drive customer satisfaction through reliable operations

Support audits, documentation, and compliance reporting
