2. Job Description (General Duties)

Depending on the department (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.), a Senior Executive typically:

Handles day-to-day operations and ensures smooth workflow.

Manages a team of Executives/Associates or works independently with higher responsibility.

Prepares and reviews reports, MIS (Management Information System), and performance tracking.

Supports business development by coordinating with clients, partners, or field teams.

Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (especially in financial services).

Provides customer support and escalation handling for more complex cases.

Trains and mentors new Executives
