Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Client Acquisition – Pitch products/services to prospective clients and close deals.
Relationship Management – Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Market Research – Study competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Proposal & Negotiation – Prepare business proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts.
Target Achievement – Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue or business growth goals.
Cross-functional Coordination – Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver client requirements.
Team Support – Guide or mentor junior BDEs in prospecting and sales techniques.
Reporting – Maintain CRM data, prepare sales reports, and update management on progress.
Fixed Monthly Salary – with higher base than a regular BDE.
