Job Description

⚙️ 1. Operational Leadership

  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

  • Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs.

  • Supervise operators, technicians, and team members.

  • Maintain zero deviation and minimal downtime in operations.

📋 2. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.).

  • Manage documentation, audits, and batch records.

  • Review and approve change controls, CAPA, and deviation reports.

  • Coordinate with QA/QC for product release and inspection readiness.

🧩 3. People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of shift in-charges and executives.

  • Conduct technical training and development sessions.

  • Maintain high employee morale and teamwork.

  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
