Monitor their daily activities and performance.
Sales Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve area targets.
Allocate leads and territories to team members.
Market Development:
Identify potential merchants and business partners.
Expand Paytm’s reach across local markets and segments.
Performance Monitoring:
Track daily sales reports, conversion ratios, and revenue generation.
Share insights and updates with the Area Sales Manager.
Customer Relationship Management:
Support the team in closing major deals and resolving merchant issues.
Maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Reporting & Feedback:
Provide feedback to senior management on team progress and market trends.
Suggest improvements in sales strategy or process.
