Job Description

As a Sales Manager I, you will act as the primary point of contact for Swiggy’s client accounts—mainly restaurant partners. The role requires developing and executing account strategies to drive business growth, enhance client satisfaction, and maximize market share.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts (restaurants and partners).
  • Conduct regular in-person business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze account performance, sales trends, and market data.
  • Improve partner health metrics and drive incremental revenue.
  • Ensure best-in-class Net Promoter Scores (NPS) with client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to solve client issues swiftly.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively.
  • Represent Swiggy in the market with a values-driven and client-first approach.
