Job Description

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned regions or products.

    • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.

    • Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

  2. Team Leadership & Management

    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.

    • Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and collective targets.

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

  3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.

    • Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

    • Maintain CRM data and monitor client engagement.

  4. Market Research & Analysis

    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

    • Identify opportunities for new business or product expansion.

    • Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

  5. Reporting & Analytics

    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

    • Analyze sales data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.

    • Suggest process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.

  6. Collaboration with Internal Teams

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams.

    • Support promotional campaigns and product launches.

    • Align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
