Job Description

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.

    • Set annual and quarterly sales targets by region, product, or customer segment.

    • Forecast sales and analyze market trends.

  2. Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (regional managers, executives, distributors).

    • Conduct performance reviews and develop training plans for sales staff.

  3. Market Expansion

    • Identify new markets, customers, and distribution channels.

    • Plan and oversee product launches or regional sales campaigns.

  4. Client Relationship Management
