Budgeting & Reporting
Manage sales budgets, pricing policies, and discount structures.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management or the CEO.
Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Work with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
High Base Salary: Competitive monthly income depending on experience and company size.
Performance Incentives / Sales Bonus: 20–50% of annual salary based on meeting or exceeding targets.
Profit-Sharing / Commission: In some organizations, Sales Heads receive a percentage of profit or sales.
