A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This role is highly results-driven and requires proactive outreach and relationship management.
Lead Generation – Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
Client Engagement – Present products/services, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Closure – Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and finalize deals.
Account Management – Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
Reporting & Analysis – Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide market feedback.
Number of leads generated per month.
Sales conversion rate (% of leads converted).
Revenue achieved vs. sales target.
Client retention and satisfaction metrics.
Timely and accurate reporting.
Communication & Persuasion: Clearly convey value propositions.
Negotiation & Closing: Ability to seal deals effectively.

CRM Proficiency: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in sales is a plus, but freshers can start with training programs.
