Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers for financial products.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to prospects.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned products.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, collections) for smooth processing.

  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights on market trends and competitor offerings.

  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and prepare periodic reports.

  • Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
