Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and customers.
Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to recommend sales strategies.
Report sales performance, stock levels, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Organize product displays and promotions at retail outlets.
Minimum 10+2 or Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques and market trends.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
