Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for promoting our products/services, generating business, and building strong client relationships. Your goal is to drive sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers in assigned territories.

  • Present products/services effectively and demonstrate their benefits.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.

  • Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies.

  • Participate in trade events, client meetings, and promotional activities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum: High school or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus
