Job Description

  1. Customer Engagement:

    • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

  2. Sales Process Management:

    • Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to purchase.

    • Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.

  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold.

    • Demonstrate features and benefits to clients effectively.

  4. Target Achievement:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the organization.

    • Actively participate in promotional campaigns or events.

  5. Reporting & Coordination:

    • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

    • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and after-sales service.
