Job Description

Sales Administration & Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end sales order processing, from order receipt to dispatch coordination.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of sales contracts, pricing, quotations, and customer master data.

  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams for timely deliveries.

  • Liaise with finance for invoicing, credit control, and payment follow-ups.


🔹 Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and analyze sales MIS reports, forecasts, and dashboards.

  • Track sales performance, order status, and revenue realization.

  • Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management.


🔹 CRM & Systems Management

  • Manage and optimize CRM / ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system compliance.

  • Train sales and admin staff on CRM usage and best practices.
