Oversee end-to-end sales order processing, from order receipt to dispatch coordination.
Ensure accurate maintenance of sales contracts, pricing, quotations, and customer master data.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams for timely deliveries.
Liaise with finance for invoicing, credit control, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and analyze sales MIS reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
Track sales performance, order status, and revenue realization.
Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management.
Manage and optimize CRM / ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system compliance.
Train sales and admin staff on CRM usage and best practices.
