Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the sales administration team.

  • Oversee order processing, invoicing coordination, and dispatch tracking.

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of sales records, contracts, and customer master data.

  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and dashboards for management.

  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).

  • Coordinate with finance on billing, credit control, and collections.

  • Liaise with logistics / supply chain for timely order fulfillment.

  • Support sales managers with pricing, quotations, and tender documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and SOPs.

  • Improve sales processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
