Manage credit card NPA and delinquent accounts across assigned cluster/geographies
Monitor portfolio performance, roll rates, recovery trends, and bucket movements
Reduce NPA additions and improve resolution and recovery percentages
Drive on-ground recovery strategies through field teams and external collection agencies
Conduct regular field reviews, agency visits, and customer escalations
Ensure effective legal, settlement, and write-off processes where applicable
Lead and manage Bucket Managers / Recovery Managers
Oversee performance of collection agencies and field vendors
Set targets, track productivity, and ensure manpower adequacy
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and fair practice codes
Handle audits, control issues, customer complaints, and regulatory escalations
Prevent misconduct and ensure ethical recovery practices
