Ensure maximum recovery from overdue (bucket) or NPA accounts by achieving set resolution goals.
Reduce additions to NPA by managing delinquency levels and ensuring accounts donβt slip further into default.
Develop and execute recovery plans including calls, visits, and engagement with defaulters.
Work closely with collection agencies and internal teams to ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policy.
Oversee field execution, ensuring adequate manpower and performance at assigned locations.
Manage and mentor a team of Bucket Managers or collection staff who handle day-to-day resolution work.
Drive performance, motivation, and productivity within the team.
Ensure adherence to processes, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports and contingency plans for portfolio health and resolution progress.
