Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and implement corrective actions.
Technical Troubleshooting
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
Collaborate with technical teams or vendors to resolve complex problems efficiently.
Vendor & Resource Management
Liaise with external vendors for maintenance services.
Monitor vendor performance and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment health, and downtime incidents.
Generate periodic reports for management review.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Promote a culture of safety within the operations team.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and other internal teams to support production targets.
Communicate effectively about maintenance schedules, issues, and resolution plans.
