Job Description

🔧 Maintenance Coordination

 
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
 
Schedule maintenance tasks and track completion
 
Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and vendors
 
📋 Documentation & Reporting
 
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and records
 
Update data in CMMS systems (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
 
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
 
Track breakdowns, downtime, and repair status
 
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Team & Vendor Support
 
Act as a point of contact between RME team and operations
 
Support audits, safety checks, and compliance activities
 
Follow up with external vendors and contractors
 
🦺 Safety & Compliance
 
Ensure maintenance activities follow safety standards
 
Help with safety documentation and incident reporting
 
Support 5S, SOPs, and compliance audits
