Job Description

🔧 Maintenance Coordination

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Schedule maintenance tasks and track completion status

Support engineers and technicians with daily maintenance planning

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors

📋 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and records

Update work orders and equipment data in CMMS systems

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports

Track equipment downtime, breakdowns, and root-cause data

🤝 Cross-Functional Support

Act as a liaison between RME, operations, and safety teams

Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities

Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure

🦺 Safety & Compliance

Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards and SOPs

Support safety documentation, permits, and incident reporting

Assist with 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives
