Oversee rework operations such as repacking, tagging, labeling, bundling, or minor repairs
Ensure VAS operations are completed accurately and within deadlines
Manage defective or returned items that require rework
Supervise VAS and rework staff
Allocate tasks and monitor productivity
Conduct on-the-job training and ensure SOP adherence
Ensure quality standards are maintained during rework and VAS
Monitor KPIs like productivity, error rate, turnaround time
Implement process improvements and minimize operational errors
Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for rework items
Ensure proper documentation and stock updates
Handle coordination of inbound/outbound shipments requiring VAS
Work with warehouse, operations, quality, and customer service teams
Address escalations and resolve operational issues
Report performance metrics and operational updates to management
