Job Description

  1. Customer Retention Strategy:
    Develop and implement strategies to improve repeat purchase rates, reduce churn, and boost customer loyalty.

  2. Lifecycle Campaign Management:
    Create and manage automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and app channels.

  3. Segmentation & Personalization:
    Use customer data to segment users by behavior (new, loyal, dormant, high-value) and design personalized offers for each group.

  4. Customer Journey Optimization:
    Map the end-to-end customer journey and identify points of friction or drop-off to improve user experience and engagement.

  5. Performance Tracking & Analytics:
    Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, repeat order rate, open rate, and CLV. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.) to measure results.

  6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    Work with Product, Design, Content, and Tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and user experience.

  7. Loyalty Program Management:
    Develop and manage reward programs, cashback initiatives, or exclusive membership benefits for repeat customers.

  8. A/B Testing & Experimentation:
    Test subject lines, creatives, and incentives to identify what drives maximum engagement and conversions.
