A Retail Sales Manager leads the showroom or retail outlet operations, driving sales, managing teams, and ensuring excellent customer experiences in Jewellery, Textiles, or other retail divisions of Kalyan Group.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for the store.
Supervise and motivate showroom staff including sales executives and floor staff.
Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service and resolution of complaints.
Implement marketing and promotional campaigns at the store level.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to senior management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of sales strategies and retail management.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Analytical skills to interpret sales reports and KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
3–7 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in Jewellery or Fashion.
