Job Description

1. Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through referrals, partner networks, and walk-ins.

  • Onboard new clients by explaining financial products and guiding them through loan/credit/insurance applications.

2. Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.

  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored financial solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, issues, and service requests.

3. Product Sales & Promotion

  • Promote and sell consumer finance products such as:

    • Personal loans

    • EMI / retail financing

    • Insurance and investment products

    • Credit cards or co-branded products

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

4. Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and KYC guidelines.

  • Follow up on loan repayments or overdue accounts if applicable.
