Job Description

1. Client Acquisition

 
Identify and onboard new customers for the bank or NBFC’s financial products.
 
Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, or tie-ups with partners.
 
2. Relationship Management
 
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.
 
Understand clients’ financial needs and goals to offer appropriate products.
 
Act as the single point of contact for queries, issues, and follow-ups.
 
3. Product Promotion & Sales
 
Promote financial products such as personal loans, home loans, insurance, investment products, or EMI financing.
 
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
 
4. Risk & Compliance
 
Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC norms.
 
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts (in some cases).
 
5. Reporting & Analysis
 
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
 
Generate reports for managers on client satisfaction, pipeline, and business growth.
