Job Description

1. Client Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard new customers for the bank or NBFC’s financial products.

  • Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, or tie-ups with partners.

2. Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.

  • Understand clients’ financial needs and goals to offer appropriate products.

  • Act as the single point of contact for queries, issues, and follow-ups.

3. Product Promotion & Sales

  • Promote financial products such as personal loans, home loans, insurance, investment products, or EMI financing.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

4. Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC norms.

  • Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts (in some cases).

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Generate reports for managers on client satisfaction, pipeline, and business growth.
