Job Description

  • Client Engagement:

    • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.

    • Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Promote products or services to clients and achieve sales targets.

    • Guide clients through the sales process, from inquiry to delivery.

  • Product & Service Knowledge:

    • Demonstrate and explain features, benefits, and value propositions.

    • Provide after-sales support when necessary.

  • Account Management:

    • Maintain accurate client records.

    • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues proactively.

  • Reporting & Coordination:

    • Provide regular updates to management regarding sales and client interactions.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
