About the Role:
As a Regional Manager at Rapido, you will be the backbone of our regional operations. You’ll ensure that every city under your supervision runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets business objectives. Your role bridges the gap between the field and the management team, making sure that both riders (“Captains”) and customers have a seamless experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and guiding regional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Driving business growth by implementing effective strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
Coordinating with multiple departments like marketing, technology, and finance to streamline regional operations.
Ensuring compliance with local laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Improving rider acquisition, engagement, and retention to support the marketplace ecosystem.
Identifying operational challenges and creating practical solutions.
