Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement and payroll processing
Address client queries, escalations, and complaints promptly
Coordinate with branch operations, payroll, and treasury teams
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and employees into salary programs
Monitor transaction accuracy, compliance, and service quality
Identify opportunities to cross-sell retail banking products to corporate clients and employees
Promote products like corporate credit cards, payroll-linked loans, and employee benefits schemes
Ensure KYC, AML, RBI, and regulatory compliance for corporate accounts
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
Adhere to bank policies, processes, and SOPs
Maintain MIS reports on client satisfaction, payroll operations, and cross-sell metrics
Track performance against service SLAs and internal benchmarks
