Promote savings accounts and related retail products to new and existing customers
Identify potential clients and develop strategies to convert leads into accounts
Drive wallet share by cross-selling other products like:
Debit cards

Insurance and investment products
Loans and fixed deposits
Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers / Relationship Officers
Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and branch targets
Monitor performance and provide training or feedback as needed
Ensure excellent service standards for new and existing customers
Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly
Build long-term relationships with high-potential retail customers
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, RBI regulations, and internal policies
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales performance
Maintain records for audits and regulatory compliance
