Ensure high-quality customer experience during onboarding.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines during account opening.
Monitor for fraudulent activities, document discrepancies, and maintain audit readiness.
Market & Competition Mapping
Analyze local market potential and identify opportunities for CASA growth.
Keep track of competitor products, rates, and sales strategies.
Reporting & MIS
Regularly update management on team performance, CASA growth, and portfolio quality.
Use CRM tools and bank systems for tracking productivity.
