Manage a portfolio of clients with deposits, investments, and borrowings in the range of ₹30 lakh – ₹5+ crore.
Monitor client portfolios to ensure they meet financial goals and risk appetite.
Suggest rebalancing or new investment opportunities.
Business Development & Acquisition
Acquire new HNI customers through referrals, corporate connects, events, and networking.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and asset under management (AUM) targets.
Expand wallet share by cross-selling multiple products.
Product Advisory & Cross-Selling
Offer a wide range of wealth products:
Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, Alternative Investments.
Premium liability products (priority/current accounts).
Secured & unsecured loans for affluent clients.
Guide clients on investment strategies, taxation benefits, and wealth preservation.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure strict adherence to RBI regulations, KYC/AML guidelines, and internal audit norms.
Minimize risk exposure in client dealings.
Maintain transparency and ethics in advisory.
Service Excellence
Provide priority banking services such as faster turnaround, doorstep banking, and customized solutions.
Resolve queries quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction & retention.
