Testing & Analysis
Perform chemical, instrumental, and microbiological analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Operate instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, Dissolution Apparatus, etc.
Conduct stability studies as per ICH guidelines.
Sampling & Documentation
Collect samples of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk & finished goods.
Maintain test records, logbooks, and analytical reports in compliance with GMP & GDP.
Review and approve analytical reports.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure testing procedures follow pharmacopeia standards (USP, BP, IP, EP).
Follow cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO, MHRA, EU).
Quality Systems
Handle OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, and lab investigations.
Maintain reference standards, working standards, and laboratory reagents.
Participate in audits and ensure audit readiness.
Calibration & Maintenance
Calibrate laboratory instruments and maintain calibration records.
Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance.
Training & Teamwork
Train junior analysts on test methods, SOPs, and GMP practices.
Coordinate with QA, Production, and R&D for smooth operations.
