Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks across the plant.
Oversee laboratory testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Investigate customer complaints and lead root cause analysis & corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements for food safety.
Train staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with R&D and Production teams for new product trials and quality validations.
Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and certification records.
Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product consistency and reduce defects.
