Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Monitor production to ensure compliance with GMP and FSSAI standards
Maintain accurate quality documentation and test reports
Identify deviations and implement corrective actions
Support audits and regulatory inspections
Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
Knowledge of quality control methods and laboratory testing
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
