The Quality Assurance professional ensures that all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. This role focuses on maintaining the integrity, safety, and consistency of Parle Products’ biscuits and confectionery items.
Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Identify deviations or non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain documentation of quality inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to implement quality improvements.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards like FSSAI, ISO, or HACCP.
Participate in audits and support regulatory inspections.
Educational Qualification: Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
Experience: 0–3 years for entry-level, 3–5+ years for senior roles.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of quality control methods and testing techniques.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software tools.
