Lead and coordinate projects across Kalyan Group divisions (Real Estate, Retail Expansion, Industrial Projects), ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for projects.
Track project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Liaise between internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Operations, HR) and external vendors.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare reports and present project status to senior management.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Domain knowledge relevant to project type (Construction, Retail, Industrial)
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience: 5–10 years in project management, preferably across real estate, retail, or industrial projects
Certifications (Optional): PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma
Reports to: Head of Operations / Senior Management
Collaborates with: Engineers, Finance, Procurement, HR, Vendors, Operations
