The Project Manager oversees planning, execution, and delivery of projects across Kalyan Group divisions (Real Estate, Retail Expansion, or Industrial Projects). Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate between internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Operations) and external vendors/contractors.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Strong leadership and team management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems).
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Knowledge of industry-specific standards (construction, textiles, retail operations, or industrial equipment, depending on project).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience: 5–10 years in project management, preferably in real estate, retail, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
Certifications (Optional but Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
